Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will be the third “key” in the store. This is the entry-level management position with the Company. Although many of your responsibilities will overlap with the Sales Associate position, you will also be opening/closing the store, directing members of the team, assigning duties, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Opens and prepares store for business.
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.
  • Adjusts errors and complaints.
  • Performs or assists subordinates in performing duties.
  • Locks and secures store after closing.
  • Will also perform Sales Associate tasks as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ months previous supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or rent-to own
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven planning & time management skills
  • Demonstrate leadership attributes
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and criminal background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an infrequent basis
